摘要
妙思V6.5连续出版物管理系统的应用,使图书馆期刊工作的现代化水平得到了明显提升,但当前期刊的不规范出版现象给期刊管理工作带来了一定的困扰。结合妙思V6.5连续出版物管理系统,从期刊订购、录入、验收、分编、下架及阅览管理等环节入手,对期刊的规范化管理提出了建议,旨在与图书馆界同仁进行沟通、交流,以促进期刊管理工作的规范发展。
The application of Muse V6.5 continuous publication management system makes the modernization level of period- ical work in the library enhanced, but the non-standard phenomena in current journals publishing have brought some trouble to journal management work. The author puts forward some special ideas on the periodical ordering, recording, acceptance, cataloguing, frame and reading management from the aspect of V6.5 continuous publications management system, which aims to communicate and exchange with the library boundary colleague and promotes the standard development of the periodical management work.
