护理干预联合盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗腹部手术后患者顽固性呃逆的临床研究

NURSING INTERVENTION AND PENEHYCLIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE IN THE TREATMENT OF INTRACTABLE HICCUP AFTER ABDOMINAL SURGERY

目的探讨护理干预联合盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗腹部手术后患者顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法选择在我院住院治疗的,符合入选标准的腹部手术后顽固性呃逆患者随机分成常规治疗组(对照组60例)及护理干预联合盐酸戊乙奎醚组(观察组60例)。对照组给予针刺穴位、屏气法、神经阻滞疗法、肌肉松弛药、抗精神病药、麻醉药等常规治疗及护理。观察组在常规治疗基础上加用护理干预联合盐酸戊乙奎醚组。观察两组患者的呃逆的改善情况并进行比较。结果经治疗后,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且未出现明显副作用及不良反应。结论对腹部手术后顽固性呃逆患者应用盐酸戊乙奎醚,同时采取积极有效的护理干预,可使腹部手术后患者的顽固性呃逆得到了明显的缓解,促进腹部手术后患者的康复,为临床腹部手术后顽固性呃逆患者的治疗提供了一种安全、可靠、有效的方法,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention and penehyclidine hydrochloride in the treatment of intractable hiccup after abdominal surgery. Methods The patients with intractable hiccups after abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group （the control group） and the nursing Intervention and penehyclidine hydrochloride group （the observation group）. The control group was treated with the conventional therapies of acupuncture, breath-holding method, nerve block therapy and the administration of muscle relaxants, antipsychotics and anesthetics, while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention and penehyclidine hydrochloride in addition to the conventional therapy. The curative effects between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） and no significant side effects and adverse reactions were found. Conclusion Using penehyclidine hydrochloride and positive nursing intervention after abdominal surgery in patients with intractable hiccups can produce obvious relief and can promote the rehabilitation of patients after abdominal surgery, deserving to be widely used.
