临沂市农村慢性精神病患者疾病负担及现状调查研究

SURVEYS ON THE DISEASE BURDEN AND PRESENT SITUATION OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC MENTAL ILLNESS IN RURAL AREAS OF LINYI CITY

目的通过调查问卷了解我市慢性精神病患者疾病负担及生活现状。方法采用自制一般情况调查表、疾病家庭负担量表(FBS)对我市8县区农村620例慢性精神病患者,进行问卷调查评定。结果婚姻状况较差,未婚率及离婚率较高;文化程度偏低;大部分劳动能力下降,甚至丧失;患者年均收入较低,全年医疗花费重。FBS的家庭娱乐活动、家庭成员心理健康、家庭关系的阳性回答率均高于50%,家庭经济负担、家庭日常活动的阳性回答率高于40%,家庭成员的躯体健康的阳性回答率低于40%。结论慢性精神病患者生存现状差,疾病家庭负担重,急需社会对这一弱势群体的关注,政府及有关部门加大对他们的救助力度。

Objective To survey the disease burden and present situation of patients with chronic mental illness in Linyi City. Methods 620 patients with chronic mental illness in the rural areas from 8 counties and districts of Linyi City were assessed with the self-made questionnaires and the family burden scale （FBS）. Results The marital status is poor , and the unmarried rate and the divorce rate were high. The literacy was low. Most of the patients had reduced working capacity, and even lost the ability to work. The average annual income of patients was low, and their annual medical cost was high. The positive answer rate of family recreational activities, mental health of family members and family relation was over 50% , the positive answer rate of family economic burden and the family daily activities were both over 40% , and the positive answer rate of physical health of family members was under 40%. Conclusion Patients with chronic mental illness has poor survival status and heavy burden, so the disadvantaged groups need more concern and social aids.
