摘要
目的探讨网络环境下的临床技能考核体系应用效果。方法将120名学生随机分为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统和网络环境下的临床技能教学,然后就考核结果及问卷调查对教学进行分析评价。结果两组学生在病史采集与病例分析、体格检查、基本操作技能、心电图及影像学检查模块的考试成绩相比较存在差异(P<0.05);实验组临床技能考核总成绩与对照组相比存在显著差异(P<0.01),96%学生对该考核模式表示满意。结论网络环境下的临床技能考核体系有助于提高医学生的临床技能水平。
Objective To explore the application of evaluation system of clinical skills in the network environment. Methods 120 students were randomly divided into the control group receiving the traditional teaching of clinical skills and the experimental group receiving the teaching in the network environment respectively. The results of the examinations and the questionnaire were used to assess the two teaching approaches. Results There existed significant differences in history-taking, case analysis, performing physical examination, basic operation skills and conducting electrocardiography and imaging examination between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The experimental group got higher total scores the control groupcontrol group ( P 〈0.01 ) ,and 96% of the students in the research group approved of the assessment mode. Conclusion The evaluation system of clinical skills in the network environ- ment can help improve students' clinical skills.
