肝移植后新发自身免疫性肝炎一例诊疗体会 被引量:4

摘要 肝移植后新发自身免疫性肝炎是指非自身免疫性肝病患者接受肝移植后新发生的自身免疫性肝炎,可导致肝纤维化和肝硬化,使移植肝功能丧失。这个概念首先由Kerkar等[1]于1998年提出,目前国内仅报道过2例[2]。2011年我中心收治1例肝移植后新发自身免疫性肝炎,现报告如下。
