本文报导了由淀粉液糖与聚乙稀醇(PVA)改性脲醛树脂胶(SUF-1型)组成的复合粘结剂的制备与性能,指出在过硫酸盐——羧甲基纤维素(CMC)催化下,是一种优良的铸造砂型用热固化树脂粘结剂,经实际使用证明,效果良好。

Preparation and property of componded binder made up of starch suger and modified urea formaldehyde resin by polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) ware reported in this paper. It are excellent thermosetting resin binder with casting sand molding at present persu-fate-Carboxymethyl cellulose. through practical useing were confirmed good result. Finally, the factor of influence for componded binder property arealso briefly discussed.
