玻璃体切割手术治疗伴黄斑裂孔及增生性视网膜脱离的小儿牵牛花综合征

摘要
少数牵牛花综合征患者可合并视网膜脱离，此类视网膜脱离一般是孔源性视网膜脱离，裂孔常位于异常视盘区内或视盘边缘，多为难以辨别的小裂孔。对伴有黄斑裂孔及增生性视网膜脱离的牵牛花综合征手术治疗，文献报道不多。我们总结分析了一组伴黄斑裂孔及增生性视网膜脱离的牵牛花综合征患者行玻璃体切割手术的临床资料。现将结果报道如下。
