后房游离型人工晶状体植入手术后并发视网膜脱离及继发前房积血一例
摘要
患者男，33岁。双眼后房游离型人工晶状体（PRL）植入手术后2个月，于2012年2月17日因右眼视物模糊伴下方视物遮挡2周就诊。自诉2012年2月5日白天突觉右眼视物模糊，伴下方视物遮挡，睡醒后第2天视物遮挡转移至鼻侧，
