轴向压应力与骨折愈合 被引量:6

摘要 骨折愈合是一个极其复杂的生物学修复过程,受到各种内在和外在因素的影响。最近的研究表明,骨组织能够对应力刺激产生良好的应答反馈,骨折处的力学环境能够引起局部骨细胞发生形变,改变细胞外基质的合成、分泌,并且诱导成骨效应细胞的增殖、分化,对骨愈合起到重要的调控作用。据此,笔者就近几年来关于轴向压应力对骨折愈合的影响及相关机制作一综述。
