嗜银蛋白、PCNA在大鼠先天性隐睾组织中的表达及其意义

摘要 目的:观察先天性大鼠隐睾组织中增殖相关指标嗜银蛋白、PCNA的表达,探讨先天性隐睾生精障碍的可能机制。方法:应用嗜银蛋白染色、免疫组化及图像分析等技术,观察18例二级雄性Wistar大鼠隐睾和15例正常睾丸及附睾的增殖相关指标嗜银蛋白、PCNA表达的变化。结果:隐睾生精细胞细胞核内嗜银蛋白颗粒数目明显减少,并趋向于核膜,部分生精细胞嗜银蛋白颗粒缺失;PCNA阳性细胞数显著减少。结论:生精细胞增殖能力减弱,进而出现变性、凋亡、坏死,是隐睾所致生精细胞丢失的重要原因。 Objective: To discuss expression of AgNOR and PCNA on dyszoospermiain in cryptorchid rats. Methods: 18 cryptorchidism and 15 nomal testes and its epididymis from male Wistar rats were used to detect the expression of Agnor and PCNA with specific staining, immunohistochemistry and image analysis techniques. Results:There was a decrease in AgNOR counts, and which translocated to nuclear envelope in the spermatogenic cells of cryptorchidism, deletion of AgNOR granules of some spermatogenic cells also might be observed. There was a significant decrease in PCNA positive staining cell counts. Conclusion:Increase of apoptotsis of spermatogenic cells and formation, degeneration and necrosis of Warthin-Finkeldey giant cells which is the main cause of loss of spermatogenic cells and azoospermatism.
