累及鼻腔和咽部的多发性皮下Rosai-Dorfman病1例

Multiple subcutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease involved nasal and phayrngeal cavity : a case report

Rosai-Dorfman病（RDD）又称窦组织细胞增生伴巨大淋巴结病,是一种少见的原发性、特发性良性组织细胞增生疾病,其病因不清,可能与EBV、免疫异常有关〔1〕。我院收治1例皮下多发性RDD患者,同时累及鼻腔、咽部黏膜,发病部位之广较为少见,现报告如下。

Although Rosai-Dorfman disease is a rare disorder characterized by proliferation of distinctive histiocytes within lymph node sinuses and lymphatics,sometimes involving extranodal sites,the nasal cavity and phayrngeal cavity are rarely involed additional.In this report,a 22-year-old man with multiple subcutaneous lumps and submucosal lumps in bilateral nasal cavity and phayrngeal cavity is presented,which was diagnosed by nasopharyngeal endoscope,computed tomography scan and biopsy.The subcutaneous lumps were ablated and prednisone was accepted for three months as preventive therapy.
