髌骨弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤^18F-FDGPET／CT显像一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男，55岁，2010年10月无诱因出现左膝关节疼痛、肿胀，外院就诊，x线检查未见明显异常，临床考虑韧带撕裂，给予抗炎对症治疗，患者自觉疼痛减轻后出院。2010年12月患者因左膝关节疼痛加重于本院就诊，X线检查示髌骨骨密度减低（未予重视）；
