23G玻璃体切割手术在婴幼儿先天性白内障术中应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察应用23G玻璃体切割手术系统治疗婴幼儿先天性白内障的疗效。方法应用23G玻璃体切割手术系统对11例(12只眼)婴幼儿先天性白内障患者行白内障切除+后囊膜切除+前段玻璃体切割+前囊膜切开术。术后随访2—6个月,观察视力,眼压,晶状体前囊膜切开区情况。结果所有手术均顺利完成。术后视力均明显改善,表现明显追光、追物,除1只眼术后发生暂时性低眼压(术后3d恢复正常)外,其余患眼随访期内眼压均在正常范围。所有病例均有完整的周边前囊膜,均获透明视区。术中、术后均未见明显并发症发生。结论23G玻璃体切割手术系统用于婴幼儿先天性白内障的治疗安全、有效,能有效预防术后后发障的形成,可为二期后房型人工晶状体的植入创造条件。 Objective To observe the effect of application in 23G vitreous surgery system treating congenital cataract of infant. Methods Applying 23 G vitreous surgery system to 11 infant patients (12 eyes) with congenital cataract do lensectomy combined with anterior and posterior capsular resec- tion with anterior vitrectomy. Followed-up 2-6 months after operation, the visual acuity, intraocular pres- sure, and condition of anterior lens capsule membrane incision area were observed. Results All opera- tions were performed successfully. Postoperative visual acuity were markedly improved, obviously showed the spotlight, after things, except that one eye occurred temporary low intraoeular pressure (af- ter 3 d resume normal), the rest eye with the normal intraocular pressure in follow-up period. All cas- es with complete membrane surrounding capsule, all cases obtained transparent visual area. Periopera- tive and postoperative obvious complications were not found. Conclusions It is safe and effective in applying vitrectomy 23 G system treating the congenital cataract of infant and can effectively prevent the formation of after cataralt and create conditions for secondary lens implantation in posterior cham- ber of intraocular.
