眼部高压气流击伤观察

Observation of eyes with high voltage airflow injury

目的总结分析收治的眼部高压气流击伤病例20只眼的伤情和疗效。方法对2007年6月至2011年12月收治的20只眼高压气流击伤患者的眼部症状及治疗结果，进行了观察分析。结果损伤以球结膜裂伤为主，经治疗结膜愈合良好，无睑球粘连，眼球活动理想，疗效良好。结论0．5～0．7mPa高压空气对眼部损伤以球结膜裂伤为主，经治疗预后良好。

Objective Review in recent years the hospital treated eye injury severity and effica- cy of a high pressure air flow. Methods The observation and treatment for conjunctiva, cornea, an- terior chamber, pupil, lens, vitreous, retina and visual acuity from 20 eyes of high-pressure air inju- ry patients in our hospital in recent years. Results Injury of the bulbar conjunctiva laceration, per- cutaneous treatment of conjunctival healing well, no symblepharon, eye activity, ocular posterior seg- ment injuries light, good curative effect. Conclusions 0.5mPa-0.7mPa high pressure air on ocular injury with bulbar conjunctiva laceration mainly eye injury, the light, the prognosis is good.
