摘要
为全面提升公益性地质调查工作的综合管理能力和水平,针对野外工作管理与服务需求,基于我国北斗卫星技术、GMSS技术、网络技术、网格技术、3G音视频技术、云计算技术以及上述技术的集成与协同技术研究,建立了野外地质调查管理服务应用系统和平台。通过数字地质调查系统(RGMAP)和中国地质调查信息网格平台的统一整合与集成,实现野外作业人员与驻地和野外工作站及大区中心的互联互通,形成野外地质调查生产管理、突发事件、应急处置、远程服务网格结点体系和格架,为野外地质调查人员和管理人员提供现代地质调查工作管理与服务的新模式。在区域地质调查中,实现了野外填图人员与室内相关专家实时地开展业务交流,实时地提高了野外填图技术人员对各种地质现象的识别与准确全面描述的能力。
This paper is to promote the integrated management capabilities and level of public geological survey,for the demand of geology work in the field management and service.It is based on the Compass Navigation Satellite technology,GMSS technology,network technology,Grid technology,cloud computing technology and the research of cooperation and integrated in these techniques.It builds the geological survey management and service application system and platform.To integrate the RGMAP and grid information platform,this paper achieves the interconnection between fieldwork personnel,station,field working station and center of China,which can deal with emergencies,remote server note Grid system and framework of geological survey.It provides the new models of modern geological survey management and service for fieldwork personnel and manager.The regional geological surveys achieved communication between geological mapping workers and expert,improved the ability of accurate and full concept on the complex geological phenomenon for geological mapping workers in real time.
