摘要
动静压受感器的外接管在振动实验过程中发生断裂现象。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等方法对X-1、X-2、X-3三个动静压受感器的外接管进行断口形貌分析、理化检测分析。结果显示动静压受感器外接管开裂与材料无关。通过系列振动参数测试发现断裂原因为外接管在低频振动时,悬空端振幅大,固定端在共振力的作用下发生疲劳断裂。最终证实采用阻尼方法降低振幅是防止动静压受感器外接管在振动中发生断裂的有效措施。
The external tube of dynamic pressure detector was fractured during the vibration experiment.The external tubes of X-1,X-2,X-3 dynamic pressure detector were analysed by optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope.The results showed that the fracture have not related to materials of external tube.Additionally,the reason of fracture lied in that the external tube occurred fatigue fracture in the low-frequency resonance by a series of vibration experiment.Finally,it also approved that damping is one of the effective measures to reduce internal stress and fracture.
