摘要
为了使上海市场的猪肉管理更为合理有效,通过抽样调查获得了200余份调查问卷,并用层次分析法(AHP)分析了上海市市民的猪肉消费行为模式。研究表明:上海市民普遍倾向在菜市场购买现宰的猪肉。因此相关的监督职能部门应该集中资源,加强对菜市场的进货、存储、销售和废料销毁等关键环节的监管,实现社会资源效用的最大化,切实保障猪肉消费者的权益。
In order to make Shanghai pork management more rational and effective the 200-odd questionnaires were obtained by sampling survey and Shanghai residents~ pork-consuming behaviors were analyzed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The results showed that Shanghai residents gener- ally tended tO buy freshly slaughtered pork in markets. Therefore, the relevant supervisory depart- ments should focus their resources to enhance the market management in such key links as merchan- dise purchase, storage, sales and waste disposal, realize the utility maximization of social resources, and earnestly safeguard the rights and interests of pork consumers.
