联合地塞米松治疗与肺炎链球菌脑膜炎室管膜下区碱性成纤维细胞生长因子表达的关系 被引量:2

The relationship between dexamethasone and the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor in subventricular zone of experimental streptococcus pneumoniae meningitis

摘要 目的探讨联合地塞米松(DEX)治疗与肺炎链球菌脑膜炎脑生发区域-室管膜下区(SVZ)碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达的关系。方法 40只3周龄大鼠建立肺炎链球菌脑膜炎模型,分为抗生素组、抗生素联合DEX组、感染对照组、正常对照组,每组10只。免疫组化检测脑组织bFGF的表达。结果抗生素组大鼠SVZ中的bFGF表达与感染对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而使用抗生素联合DEX组大鼠bFGF表达高于抗生素治疗组及感染对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在肺炎链球菌脑膜炎病程中,联合DEX治疗可以上调bFGF在SVZ中的表达,可能有利于其促进神经生发,有利于抵御细菌性脑膜炎脑损伤。 Objective To investigate the relationship between dexamethasone (DEX) and the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in subventricular zone (SVZ) of experimental streptococcus pneumoniae meningitis. Methods Forty 3-week- old rats were used to develop the model of streptococcus pneumoniae meningitis, and were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 rats each, antibiotic group, antibiotic plus DEX group, infection control group and normal control group. The expression level ofbFGF in SVZ was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The expression level ofbFGF in SVZ of rats in antibiotic group was similar to that of rats in infection control group (P〉0.05). However, the expression level ofbFGF in SVZ of rats in antibiotic plus DEX group was significantly higher than that of rats in antibiotic group and infection control group (P〈0.01). Conclusions In the course of streptococcus pneumoniae meningitis, the combination therapy of antibiotics and DEX can up-regulate the expression level of bFGF in SVZ, which may promote neurogenesis and protect against brain injury in bacterial meningitis.
