孕期营养影响子代肥胖发生的表观遗传学机制 被引量:7

摘要 营养在肥胖、糖尿病、心血管疾病及肿瘤等慢性疾病中发挥着重要作用。自"人类疾病起源——DOHaD(Developmental Origins of Health and Disease)"新概念的提出,国内外学者广泛关注到成人期疾病与早期发育过程的密切联系,尤其是营养在生命早期(孕期)对子代肥胖的影响。而表观遗传学机制是营养失衡导致疾病发生的主要分子机制得到学者的共识。通过分析孕期营养影响子代肥胖发生的表观遗传学机制,可为肥胖的早期营养干预提供科学建议。 Nutrition plays a key role in chronic diseases including obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer. As the concept of "Developmental Origins of Health and Disease Hypothesis (DOHaD)" was put forward, more and more domestic and foreign scholars pay attention to the association between early-life developmental origins and adulthood disease, especially the connection between pregnancy nutrition and offspring obesity. The hypothesis that epigenetic mechanisms may link such nu- tritional imbalances with altered disease risk has been gaining acceptance over the last few years. The analysis on the role of epi- genetic mechanisms in the impact of maternal nutrition during pregnancy on offspring obesity can provide a promising scientific advice for the early intervention of obesity.
