祖师麻止痛喷雾剂的安全性评价

Safety evaluation of Zushimazhitong spray

目的:对祖师麻止痛喷雾剂进行安全性评价。方法:对祖师麻止痛喷雾剂进行小鼠急性毒性半数致死量(LD50)实验;豚鼠全身过敏性实验;家兔皮肤刺激性及毒性实验。结果:小鼠皮下注射祖师麻止痛喷雾剂后LD50为(9.78～10.48)ml/kg;与空白对照组比较,未观察到祖师麻止痛喷雾剂发生过敏性、皮肤刺激性及毒性反应。结论:祖师麻止痛喷雾剂应用于受试动物安全性较好。

Objective： To evaluate the safety of Zushimazhitong spray. Methods： The acute toxicity test （ LD50） in mice, allergic test in guinea pigs, stimulating and toxicity tests in rabbits were performed with Zushimazhitong spray. Results： The LD50 in mice after subcutaneous injection of Zushimazhitong spray was 9.78 - 10.48 ml/kg. Neither allergic response, nor skin stimulation or toxicity reaction was noted in animal subjects. Conclusion： Zush- imazhitong Spray is safe on test animals.
