摘要
目的:了解某社区18岁以上居民高血压的患病情况,为该社区高血压的预防及干预提供参考。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取该社区18岁以上居民,进行问卷调查及血压测量,用统计学软件分析该人群中高血压的患病情况以及高血压的知晓率、服药率及控制率。结果:该社区高血压患病率为34.5%,其中男性组41.6%,女性组为29.5%;高血压人群中高血压知晓率、服药率、控制率分别是63.6%、52.7%、21.2%。结论:该社区高血压患病率较高,高血压患者的知晓率、服药率和控制率不高,提示需采取有效措施加大力度对社区居民特别是高血压患者进行宣教及规范管理,从而降低高血压的患病率,提高高血压患者的血压控制率。
Objective：To investigate the prevalence of hypertension in the aldult residents of shijingshan dis- trict, Beijing, and provide~ the methods for prevention of hypertension. Methods： A cluster stratified sampling of cross- sectional method was adopted to select the residents aged over 18 years. Questionnaire survey and blood pressure tests were conducted to investigate the incidence of hypertension. Results： The prevalence rate of hyper- tension on average was 34.5%. The prevalence rate for male and female were 41.6% and 29.5% respectively. The awareness, treatment and control rates were 63.6%, 52.7%, and 21.2% respectively. Conclusion： The prevalence of hypertension is very high in this area. Taking measures to control the hypertension in this area is very necessary.
