梅毒血清固定患者CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞和CD4^+CD25^(High)Treg细胞功能的差异探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨梅毒血清固定患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg细胞和CD4+CD25HighTreg细胞功能是否发生变化。方法采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测28例梅毒血清固定患者和28例梅毒转阴患者外周血CD4+CD25+Treg细胞和CD4+CD25HighTreg细胞中FOXP3和CTLA-4的水平;采用免疫磁珠细胞分选技术(MACS)和Realtime-PCR技术检测CD4+CD25+Treg细胞的FOXP3和CTLA-4mRNA水平。结果梅毒血清固定组外周血CD4+CD25+Treg细胞功能增强,而梅毒血清转阴组外周血CD4+CD25HighTreg细胞功能稳定。结论 CD4+CD25+Treg和CD4+CD25HighTreg细胞在梅毒血清固定形成中作用的方式或途径存在部分差异。 Objective To explore the partial different roles of CD4+CD25+Treg and CD4+CD25^HighTreg in the pathogenesis of sero-resistance in syphilitic patients. Methods Twenty-eight patients with sero-resistant Syphilis and 28 patients with negative results were enrolled in this study. The prot%in levels of FOXP3 and CTLA-4 on CD4 + CD25 + Tregs and CD4+CD25^HighTreg were detected by flow cytometry (FCM) ; The mRNA levels of FOXP3 and CTLA-4 on CD4+CD25+Treg were detected by magnetic activation cell sorting(MACS) and Realtime-PCR. Results The function ofCD4+CD25+Tregof sero-resistance group was enhanced; The function of CD4+CD25^HighTreg of sero-resistance group was not change. Conclusion The partial different roles of CD4+CD25+Treg and CD4+CD25^HighTreg in the pathogenesis of sero-resistance in syphilitic patients.
