椎管内硬膜外血管脂肪瘤的诊断与手术治疗 被引量：5

摘要 椎管内硬膜外血管脂肪瘤是一种由脂肪组织和异常血管组成的良性肿瘤，多表现为慢性进展的感觉障碍或运动障碍。如能早期发现，手术治疗效果良好。但一旦肿瘤出血，则病程进展迅猛，患者短期内脊髓神经功能急剧恶化，甚至完全丧失。此时若不能及时手术解除脊髓受压，则患者神经功能常难以恢复，致残率高。2009年5月~2010年10月湘雅医院神经外科共收治椎管内硬膜外血管脂肪瘤患者7例，报道如下。
