The expression and significance of CSMD1 in melanoma

摘要 目的研究CSMD1在黑色素瘤A375细胞中的表达情况,探讨CSMD1对A375黑色素瘤细胞的调控作用。方法培养人黑色素瘤A375细胞株(实验组)和正常人皮肤TE353.Sk细胞株(对照组),应用RT-PCR及Western blot技术,检测CSMD1mRNA和蛋白在A375细胞和TE353.Sk细胞中的表达情况,并进行统计学分析。结果与对照组正常人皮肤TE353.Sk细胞株相比,实验组人黑色素瘤A375细胞株中的CSMD1mRNA和蛋白的表达水平较低(P〈0.05)。结论CSMD1可能是黑色素瘤细胞的抑制基因,可能为黑色素瘤的治疗提供一种新的研究方法。 Objective To study the expression of CSMD1 A375 melanoma cell and investigate the regulation of CSMD1 to A375 melanoma cell. Methods A375 melanoma cell and human skin TE 353. Sk cell were cultured as the experimental group and control group. The expression of CSMD1 mRNA and protein in A375 cell and TE 353. SK cell were detected with RT-PCR and western blotting. Results The expression of CSMD1 mRNA and protein in A375 cell was lower than that in TE 353. Sk cell. Conclusion CSMD1 is the inhibition gene to melanoma cell and it can be used as a new method for treating melanoma.
