胰腺癌肿瘤标志物的研究现况

The current status of tumor markers of pancreatic neoplasm

胰腺癌发病率逐年上升,起病隐匿,且早期没有阳性体征,诊断困难,预后极差。近几年来,随着基因组学、蛋白质组学的不断发展,越来越多的胰腺癌肿瘤标志物被我们所认知,如何从血清、胰腺组织和基因水平中找到具有高灵敏度和特异度的肿瘤标志物,已成为目前研究的主要方向。本文主要就近年来胰腺癌肿瘤标志物的研究现况作一概述。

Pancreatic cancer is very difficult to be early diagnosed and the prognosis is poor, since there is no signifi- cant signs at early stage. Recently, with the continuous development of genomics and proteomics, more and more tumor markers of pancreatic cancer are known, how to find the tumor markers with high sensitivity and specificity from serum, pancreatic tissue and gene level, has become the main direction of the current study. The aim of this review is to sum- marize the current status of tumor marker.
