摘要 Hippo信号通路是新近发现的对调节器官发育和维持组织稳定性具有关键作用的信号通路,该通路由上游调节分子、核心分子、主要效应分子Yki 3部分组成。研究发现该信号通路主要通过抑制细胞增殖、促进细胞凋亡来实现调节器官发育和维持组织稳定性的作用。近年来越来越多的证据表明Hippo信号通路调控紊乱与多种恶性肿瘤发生发展有密切关系,对肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后评估有潜在的临床意义。最近其在干细胞中的重要作用更是引起人们的广泛关注。 The Hippo signaling pathway is a newly found pathway that consistes of 3 parts, include upstream regula- tory factors, core kinase components and main effector molecule. It involved in governing organ sizes and tissue stability by inhibiting cell proliferation and promoting cell apotopsis. Recently, more and more studies indicate that dysregulation of the pathway is associtated with the development and progress of cancer. Therefore, this pathway might have potential clinical significance in tumor diagnosis, therapy and prognosis estimation. In addition, its key role in stem cells has ap- pealed to wide attention lately.
