智障儿童基础体操教学与训练的个案分析

The Experimental Analysis of Basic Gymnastics Teaching and Training for Intellectual Disability School-age Children

摘要 本文对一例智障儿童进行基础体操教学与训练,通过测试、对比,分析了基础体操训练前后对照组与个案学生反应能力、协调能力和平衡能力的差异和特点,论证了针对智障儿童进行科学合理的基础体操训练可以有效的促进和改善智障儿童身体的协调能力、反映能力和平衡能力。研究结果显示身体训练在智障学生中的康复训练是十分重要的,不但可以使学生大脑得到开发,身体得到健康发展,还可以促进学生其他知识技能的进步。 In this paper, one case of mentally challenged children basic gymnastics teaching and training, to pass the test, compare, analyze the differences and characteristics of the basic gymnastics training before and after the experimental group with cases of students" ability to respond, coordination and balance ability, demonstrated science for mentally challenged children reasonable basis for gymnastics training can effectively promote and im- prove physical coordination ability of mentally challenged children, reflecting the ability and balance. The research results show that the rehabilitation of physical training in mentally retarded students is very important, not only can the student brain development, healthy development of the body, but also promote the advancement of knowledge and skills of the students.
