Study on Regional Management Personnel Training of the Institutions of Higher Learning of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

阐述了内蒙古自治区高等院校博士、硕士研究生及本科生层面区域管理人才培养的现状;做出了内蒙古自治区高等院校区域管理人才培养滞后、相近专业满足不了实际需求和相近专业改造成为区域管理专业的潜力很大的评价结论;提出了加强区域管理人员配备研究、加强区域管理人才培养、加强区域管理学学科建设方面的措施。

This article exposited the current situation about regional management personnel training of Dr. , graduate student and undergraduate who are in the colleges and universities of the Inner Mongolia autonomous re- gion, made some conclusions included that the lagging of regional management talents training, similar specialized field can＇ t meet the actual demand, similar specialized field has a great potentialities to transform the regional man- agement in the colleges and universities of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and put forward some measures as following, strengthening the research of regional management personnel＇ s arrangement, strengthening the training of regional management personnel, and strengthening the discipline construction of regional management.
