人工创造生命的过程

摘要 介绍了美国著名科学家J.Craig Venter的科研团队人工合成新物种Mycoplasm Mycoides JCVI-syn1.0(Synthia)的过程。这个过程包括:对Mycoplasma mycoides(丝状支原体)的两个实验用菌株精确测序,把其中一个作为模板,按照这个模板先行设计、化学合成基因组片段,另一个作为标准,用来对比、修正、补充先行合成的DNA片段;分3步在酵母菌中把片段装配成完整的Mycoplasm Mycoides基因组;把这个合成的基因组移植到Mycoplasma capricolum(山羊支原体)细菌中,产生由人工合成的基因组控制的新细菌。 It is introduced that famous American scientist J. Craig Venter's research team synthesized a new species Mycoplasm Mycoides JCVI-syn1.0 (Synthia) in the paper. Venter' s works include the following procedurcs. Two experimental strains of Mycoplasma mycoides are accurately sequenced that one is as a template and the gene sequences are designed and genomic fragments are chemically synthesized accordance with this template, the other as a standard is used to compares, correct, supplement for first synthesis of DNA fragments. The gene fragments are assembled into complete Mycoplasm mycoides genome in yeast by three steps. The synthesis genome is transplanted into Mycoplasma capricolum bacteria and produce a new bacteria controlled by artificial synthesis genome.
