汉族闽南语族群头面部形态特征的年龄变化

Variations of head-face morphological traits of Han speaking Minnan language

目的：研究随年龄增长，汉族闽南语族群成年人头面部指标、指数的变化规律。方法：遵循知情同意原则，按照国际学术界标准，采取整群随机抽样法，在福建闽南地区调查了汉族679例（男322例，女357例）成年人的38项头面部指标，计算出13项头面部指数，对头面部测量指标、指数与年龄之间进行了相关性分析。结果：头宽、额最小宽、面宽、眼外角间宽、唇高、红唇厚度、头水平围与年龄呈负相关。口裂宽、红唇皮肤部高、容貌耳长、容貌耳宽、面颊皮褶厚度与年龄呈正相关。头长宽指数、口指数与年龄呈负相关；形态面指数与年龄呈正相关。结论：汉族闽南语族群头面部形态特征的一些测量指标、指数及观察指标的分型比例随年龄增长呈现一定规律性的变化。

Objective： To study the variations of head-face indices and indexes of Han adults speaking Minnan language. Meth- ads： Abiding by the principle of informed consent, and according to the international academy rules, 38 head-face characteris- tics on 679 cases （39.2 males and 357 females） of Han adults in Minnan area of Fuiian were investigated by the method of ran- dom sampling, and we analyzed the relationship of head-face indices with index and age after calculating 13 head-face indexes. Results： The head breadth, minimum frontal breadth, face breadth, external biocular breadth, lip height, thickness of lips and head horizontal circumference had a negative correlation with age; and the mouth breadth, upper lip skin height, physiog- nomic ear length, physiognomic ear breadth and facial skinfold had positive correlations with age. The length-breadth index of the head and the lip index had a negative correlation with age, while the physiognomic facial index had a positive correlation with age. Conclusion： The indices, index and the type rates of observing indices of head-face morphology of Han speaking Minnan language appear a certain regular variation.
