河北汉族高血压患者的指纹纹型分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究高血压患者的指纹纹型分布,并与正常人群作比较,为临床医学提供基础皮纹学参数。方法:对212例河北地区高血压患者印泥拓取法采集指纹,放大镜下鉴定。结果:河北高血压患者的指纹参数值斗形纹(W)占38.16%,箕形纹(L)占57.12%,弓形纹(A)占4.72%。A多见于示指,其次是拇指;尺箕纹(p)多见于小指,其次是中指。桡箕纹(L)多见于示指,其次是中指。W多见于环指。双手十指同纹型的频率为10.85%。一手五指纹型组合频率为OLW(55.66%)〉同型组合(27.83%)〉ALO(9.67%)〉ALw(6.60%)〉AOW(o.24%)。对应手指纹型组合频率为L/L(42.17%)〉W/W(25.19%)〉L/W(24.62%)〉A/L(5.28%)〉A/A(1.42%)〉A/W(1.32%)。结论:高血压患者对应手指同型组合频率为68.78%,指纹纹型分布具有一定对称性,但较正常人群指纹对称性差。 Objective: To study distribution of fingerprint patterns of 212 hypertension patients among Han nationality in He- bei province, compare the fingerprints with normal population distribution, and provide normal parameters for medicine. Methods: Fingerprints were obtained using inkless method and identified by magnifier. Results: The values of the finger- print patterns on the hypertension patients from Hebei province were reported. The frequency of W was 38. 16%, of L was 57, 12%, and of A was 4. 72%. A was mainly distributed in the index fingers, and then in the thumb fingers. Lu was mainly distributed in the little fingers, and then in the middle fingers. Lr was mainly distributed in the index fingers, and then in the middle fingers. W was mainly distributed in the ring fingers. The frequency of same fingerprint pattern of a person's two hands was 10.85%. The frequencies of combination of the fingerprint patterns in one hand were OLW (55.66%)〉combina- tion of same types ( 27.83%) 〉 ALO (9.67%) 〉 ALW (6.60%) 〉 AOW (0.24%). The frequencies of combination of finger- print patterns on corresponding fingers were L/L (42. 17%)〉W/W (25. 19%)〉L/W (24. 62%)〉A/L (5. 28%)〉A/A (1.42%)〉A/W (1.32%). Conclusion: The frequency of combination of fingerprint patterns on the corresponding fingers was 68.78%, the distribution of fingerprint patterns of hypertension patients is bilaterally symmetric, and the frequency of combination of fingerprint patterns on corresponding fingers is lower in the hypertension patients than in the normal population.
