摘要
简要介绍了GSP气流床气化工艺流程和技术特点,针对GSP气化技术在工业应用中出现的粉煤输送不稳定、点火烧嘴脱火烧穿、特殊件磨损、水冷壁烧损等问题进行系统分析研究并提出改进措施。针对目前气化技术研究现状指出了GSP气化技术的研究思路及方向。
Introduce the technological process and characteristics of GSP gasification technology.There are a series of problems in its industrial application,such as unstable pulverized coal transportation,easy burn-through nozzle and water wall,special parts abrasion and the like.Analyse these problems and provide solutions.Based on the research status of GSP gasification technology,forecast its development direction.
