摘要
Hofmeister效应反映了溶质小分子通过与水分子的相互作用 ,对蛋白质等生物大分子造成的结构上的影响。通过对此效应的深入研究 ,可以从理论上解释许多常见的生理生化现象。蛋白质的变性、复性问题是与Hofmeister效应密切相关的生化基础课题。
Hofmeister effects reflect the influences of small solute molecules on macro-biomolecules through solute-water interactions. Theories concerning those effects can be used to interprete many phenomana in life sciences. The denaturation and renaturation of proteins is one of those basic problems. The application of Hofmeister effect in recombinant product inclusion body denaturation and renaturation in biotechnology is discussed in particular.
