摘要
目的 :研究肺叶切除术对红细胞及淋巴细胞膜流动性的影响。方法 :选择 2 0例择期开胸手术病人 ,均作肺叶切除术。分别用微量滴定法、高效液相色谱法和DPH荧光探剂法测定血浆和红细胞膜PLA2 活性 ,红细胞膜磷脂PS、PE、PC和红细胞、淋巴细胞膜脂流动性。结果 :手术 10min、手术 6 0min和手术结束后 30min血浆和红细胞膜PLA2 活性均显著高于麻醉诱导前 ;手术 6 0min和手术结束后 30min红细胞膜PS、PE和PC均显著低于麻醉诱导前 ,与麻醉诱导前比较手术 10min红细胞和淋巴细胞膜流动性无明显变化 ;手术 6 0min和手术结束后 30min红细胞和淋巴细胞膜流动性均显著低于麻醉诱导前。结论 :肺叶切除术能增加PLA2 活性 ,分解膜磷脂 ,降低红细胞和淋巴细胞膜流动性。
Aim:To investigate the effects of pulmonary lobectomy on the membrane fluidity of RBC and lymphocytes. Methods:Twenty patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy were studied to examine the alteration of the membrane fluidity of RBC and lymphocytes during operative period.The PLA 2 activity, phosphatidylserine (PS),phosphatidylethanolamine(PE), phosphatidylcholine (PC) contents and membrane fluidity of RBC and lymphocyte were analysed by high performance liquid chromatograph and DPH method respectively.Results:PLA 2 activity in plasma and membrane of RBC was increased significantly at operative 10 min,60 min and postoperative 30 min compared with control (before induction of anesthesia). The PS, PE and PC content in membrane of RBC reduced significantly at operative 60 min and postoperative 30 min compared with control.The membrane fulidity of RBC and lymphocyte did not change significantly,but decreased significantly at operative 60 min and postoperative 30 min.Conclusion:Pulmonary lobectomy increased PLA 2 acticity, reduced the contents of phospolipid in cell membrane, and decreased membrane fluidity of RBC and lymphocyte.
