摘要
根据任务要求,使用PLC控制系统与工业机器人配合来实现分拣工件。分析了现场设备三菱PLC与广州数控机器人的通讯信号,给出控制接线图、工作流程图,并编写程序。通过调试,完成了分拣工件的任务。
According to the job requirements, the PLC control system and a industrial robot are used to sort the workpieces. The communication signal between the Mitsubishi PLC and a GSK robot is analyzed. The system wiring diagram, work flow, and the program are given. The job of sorting workpieces is finished after debugging.
