摘要
市面上现有甜品类小家电(如曲奇机)多为螺杆挤压式。文中针对其传动机构进行创新设计、结构改进设计,并在此基础上,进行数据处理和有限元分析、结构优化,解决了甜品类小家电螺杆转速过快、齿轮受力不均衡、易打滑、易磨损等问题。
Abstr： ct： Press process is applied to most of Household Cookie Cutters by screwdriver .The configurable change and innovation design of Household Cookie Cutter are realized. Data process and FEA is carried out for structural optimization. The troubles including screw higher speeds, the unbalanced strain, skidding and heavy wear, are solved perfectly.
