摘要
AGC伺服液压缸是轧钢厂中非常重要的设备,其密封圈的特性,直接影响液压缸的性能和使用寿命。文中简要分析了AGC伺服液压缸中密封圈的工作特性,建立了三维模型,并用ANSYS软件分析其受力及变形情况。仿真结果表明,液压缸工作时,密封圈有较大应力应变,易受损坏。最后还简要介绍了密封圈的镀铜工艺,能有效提高密封圈的使用寿命。
AGC servo-hydraulic cylinder is a very important device in the rolling mill, and the characteristics of its seals, directly affect the performance and service life of the hydraulic cylinder. This article briefly analyzes the operating characteristics of AGC servo hydraulic cylinder seals. The three-dimensional model is created, and the force and deformation are analyzed using ANSYS software. The simulation results show that when the the hydraulic cylinder is operating, large stress strain of seals may damage the seals. Finally, the copper plating on seals can effectively improve the service life of the seal.
