摘要
随着海洋石油向深水海域的发展,ROV(Remotely Operated Vehicle,水下机器人)的作用越来越重要。文中结合LF13-2海管铺设项目中1000m级/75kW的ROV在作业过程中出现的故障,以控制示意图为引导,通过逻辑分析并结合现场试验逐步诊断出故障点,在最短的时间内解除故障,使得海底铺管作业安全进行,为海洋石油开发提供了安全生产保障。
With the developments of deepwater offshore oil, the role of ROV becomes more and more important. 1000MSW/75KW ROV is used in LF13-2 subsea pipe laying project and failures happens in the operation process. Control scheme is used for guidance, the failures are gradually diagnosed through logical analysis and site test, and finally the failures are removed in shortest time, making the subsea pipeline safely laying, and providing safety production guaranlee for the offshore oil development.
