摘要
辊式矫直机一般采用预应力机架。文中分析了预应力矫直机架的刚度,机架主要结构参数及预紧力选取的方法。并使用有限元分析软件Workbench对非工作工况与工作状况下机架的变形与应力分布进行了分析,验证了设计的合理性,提出了针对该机架的优化建议。
