摘要
利用装载机工作装置中各杆件的相互关系式,编写计算程序,并由程序针对具体产品运算得到任意位置转斗油缸的掘起能力,在设计圆木叉这类有上叉保护料和大载荷平叉等变形产品时,通过调整某些参数及程序计算验证,在所需要的位置掘起能力显著增大,而平移性能的略微减少也不会影响其使用性能。
The calculation program is written by related formula between different poles inside the working equipment of the wheel loader, also the dumping cylinder's breakout force can be calculated by this program aiming to the actual product. When designing transformed products like log fork with up clamper and heave loaded pallet fork, the effect won't be affected with the breakout ability can be increased notably at the full dumping position and slight decrease of smooth shift, through the validation of program calculation by adjusting some parameters;
