摘要
针对HDVTM160×10/8L-MC高档立式铣车复合加工中心的高速、高精度转台存在的难题,介绍了一套新式装配工艺,在一台立式磨床上实施装配过程,达到数控转台端径跳精度0.003mm。
The high speed ＆ high precision turntable of high grade vertical milling and turning combined machine center （HDVTM160×10/8L-MC）,which is important national science and technology project is introduced.An innovative technology is used to assembly a vertical grinder, and end jump and radial jump precision of turntable reach 0.003mm.
