摘要
对圆盘解耦式振动料斗的机械结构和振动参数进行分析,设计了一种机械结构方案;通过实验对加速度幅值和相位差的控制,使解耦式振动料斗获得了较高的振动传送速度,并确定了此时的振幅和相位角大小,验证了机械结构设计的合理性。
This paper analyses the mechanical structure and vibratory characteristics of bowl type decoupled vibratory feeder. A kind of mechanical structure design has been proposed. Through controlling acceleration amplitude and phase difference in experiments, decoupled vibratory feeder makes optimal covey speed, and the amplitude and phase difference are obtained, which proves that mechanical structure design is reasonable
