摘要
目的 研究双歧杆菌及表面分子脂磷壁酸 (L ipoteichoic acid,L TA)、完整肽聚粮 (Wholepepti- doglycan WPG)、多糖 (Polysaccharide,PS)对猪胃粘膜糖蛋白的粘附作用。方法 采用 EL ISA阻断法测定双歧杆菌表面分子的粘附作用 ,以了解双歧杆菌在定植过程中参与粘附作用的主要表面分子 ,同时也测定了全菌不同菌液浓度的粘附作用。结果 表明 L TA、WPG的粘附作用明显 ,PS粘附作用很弱。粘附随着菌液浓度的增高而增强。结论 在双歧杆菌的定植粘附机理中 ,起主要作用的是该菌菌体表面分子 L TA、 WPG;
In order to investigate the maim surface mucosal molecules involved in the process of bify dobacterium bifidum's colonization, bifidobacterium bifidum and its lipoteichoic acid(LTA),whole pepti doglycan(WPG),polysaccharide(PS)adhesion to mucosal glycoprotein is studied in vitro.The whole bacteria adhesion concentration is rdesearched by means of ELISA blockage.The result show that LTA,WPG have tighter adhesion than that of PS,and the effect of adhesion is increased with bateria ranged from low con centration to high concentration .LTA,WPG are the main surface mucosal molecules in the mechanism of bifidobacterium bifidum's colonization, and the effect of adhesion is related to treated to the concentration of bacteria.
