摘要
烟草行业持续健康快速发展,改革步伐加快,对员工的素质要求越来越高,因此,员工的教育培训工作摆在了更加突出的位置。处于底层的烟草基层企业,应把握行业改革的形势,顺应培训发展的趋势,从基层企业员工队伍结构现状着手,深入分析基层企业在员工教育培训中存在的突出问题,加强企业内训师资建设,综合运用目标管理、柯氏四级评估模式、员工帮助计划等方法加强培训管理,提高培训质量,提高培训效益。
The sustainable development of the tobacco industry requires in corresponding the improvement of the staff. Therefore, the staff education and training is placed in a pmrainent posilion. Following the reform of industry training and after making an in-depth analysis of existing problems in the staff education and training, the tobacco enterprise strengthens the training of management by promoting construction of Iraining icaeher and applying methods like manngemcnt by objectives, Kirkpatriek's four-level evaiuation model and employee assislanee prograra which aids in improving the training quality and efficicncy.
