作者初步学习党的十八大《报告》,认为应以十八大报告提出的以人为本、公平正义、加强和改进思想政治工作等作为辅导员工作的指导思想。通过思考我院辅导员工作的薄弱环节,结合以上三个方面,提出当前须做好的几项工作以及如何做好。

The author has studied the essence of the 18th National Congress of CPC,and pondered on the instructions inspired by the congress for the college counselor while focusing on the weaknesses in this job and how to do this job well specifically.
