摘要
对现阶段精馏塔控制的理论指导进行了阐述,对乙烯装置中经典的精馏塔控制方法进行了研究和总结,分析了采用该控制方法的原因,并结合国内某乙烯装置的实例进行了说明。介绍了预测控制以及由预测控制衍生而来的其他控制方法,并展望了预测控制在国内乙烯装置精馏塔控制中的应用前景。
The control theory basis for current fractionator is illustrated firstly. The classic control method for fractionator of ethylene installation is studied and summarized. The reason of adopting the control method is investigated for the existing fractionator control system, and is explained with one domestic ethylene installation as example. Other control method based on predictive control and the derived models are introduced in consequence. The model predictive control(MPC) application in fractionator control system of ethylene installation in domestic is forecasted.
