为了能在阻塞流工况下,对控制阀进行精确计算,着重讨论阻塞流工况的判别步骤,以及此工况下,计算阀门CV值时压差Δp的取值问题;据此判断阀门是发生闪蒸工况还是气蚀工况及相应工况下的处理措施,有利于控制阀的正确选型,供工程设计人员参考。
To calculate control valve accurately in chocked flow operating condition, the judging step and determination of differential pressure value for control valve Cv calculation are emphasized. It can be used to confirm whether the valve is occurring flashing or cavitation, and to take appropriate action. It is useful for proper valve selection, and can be used as reference for engineering designers.
