摘要
针对油田污水处理系统的自动化程度不高,以及系统的复杂性和难以建立准确数学模型的缺点,提出了一种基于动态矩阵预测控制的方法并进行仿真分析。主要阐述了动态矩阵预测控制的基本原理以及基于油田污水处理系统数学模型的仿真研究。结果表明:基于该方法的控制系统具有强抗干扰性,快速响应性,良好的鲁棒性,稳态误差小等特点,对油田污水处理系统智能控制技术的发展具有促进作用。
Contrapose to the disadvantage of low automation level of oilfield sewage treatment system and complex system and difficulty to establish accurate mathematical model, a method based on dynamic matrix predictive control is put forward, and simulation analysis is processed. The basic principle of dynamic matrix predictive control and simulation research based on oilfield sewage treatment system mathematical model are mainly expounded. The results show that the control system based on this method has characteristics of strong anti- interference, fast response, good robustness and small steady-state error. It will largely promote the intelligent control technology research and development of future oilfield sewage treatment system.
