摘要
依据现有的工厂设备管理系统为核心的智能仪表网络,建立仪表状态监测数据库管理体系,阀门诊断应用体系,形成"工厂—区域—单元"树形结构仪表设备管理框架;构建以智能仪表和阀门为主体对象的仪表管理一体化平台,实现设备报警、诊断、组态、历史数据的采集、统计、分析、共享、发布,为设备运行维护管理提供决策支持。
Based on existing factory equipment management system as the core of intelligent instrument network, instrument condition monitoring database management system and valve diagnosis application system are established. An instrument equipment management framework as "factory-area-unit" tree structure is constructed. The instrument management integration platform is constructed with intelligent instrument and valve as the main object to realize equipment alarm, diagnosis, configuration, historical data collection, statistics, analysis, sharing and release. It provides decision support for equipment operation and maintenance management.
