山西中晚熟玉米区玉米自交系的遗传多样性及杂种优势群分析 被引量:6

The Genetic Diversity and Heterotic Group of Maize Inbred Line in Spring Sowing Medium Late Mature Area of Shanxi Province Based on SSR Marker

摘要 利用SSR分子标记技术对32份山西省中晚熟玉米区审定品种的自交系进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,覆盖全基因组的40对SSR引物共检测出210个等位基因,每个SSR位点的等位基因数为2~11个,平均为5.2个;多态性信息量(PIC)变化范围在0.41~0.84之间,平均为0.67;标记索引系数(MI)变化范围在0.82~5.14之间,平均为2.49;等位基因有效系数(NE)变化范围在1.70~6.39之间,平均为3.42。共检测出35个稀有等位基因,31个特有等位基因。用UPGMA法把32个自交系大体分成了4个大群。说明山西省中晚熟玉米区审定品种的自交系有非常丰富的遗传多样性,很多自交系可能具有特异基因。 The genetic diversity of maize inbred line in spring sowing medium late mature area in Shanxi was studied based on SSR markers. Results showed that: total 210 alleles in 32 maize inbred line were detected with an average of 5.2 ranged from 2 to 11 per locus by 40 SSRs covered the entire maize genome. Average PIC was 0.67 ranged from 0.41 to 0.84. Average MI was 2.49 ranged from 0.82 to 5.14, and average NE was 3.42 ranged from 1.70 to 6.39. Also 35 rare alleles and 31 unique alleles we~ identified. The 32 maize inbred line were clustered into four groups. It suggested that genetic diversity of maize inbred line in spring sowing medium late mature area in Shanxi was very rich and these inbred lines contained many own alleles, which meant they have some special characterization.
